Chaskiwasi FAQ
Short answers about Chaskiwasi. Something not covered? Write to chaski@chaskiwasi.com.
Is it really free?
Entering and scoring your past races is free, and every feature is open until you save results for a second new race. After that you need a subscription to keep saving results and to keep Analytics and Insights.
What do I need to score a race?
Your age-group place, the number of age-group finishers, and the fastest age-group times for the finish and each leg. They are on any results page. For Ironman and Ironman 70.3 races, Chaskiwasi can import them for you.
Does it work on my phone?
No. Chaskiwasi is a desktop and laptop app, and it does not work on phones, including in a phone browser. A phone companion is planned after launch.
Which countries?
Launched in the United States, in miles, yards, Fahrenheit and US dollars. Rest of world to follow.
Does it replace my training app?
No. Keep Garmin, Strava or TrainingPeaks for training. Chaskiwasi is for racing: planning, scoring and learning from each race.
What does the Insight draw on?
Your race, your past races of the same distance and your journal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays visible, view only. To delete your account and data, write to chaski@chaskiwasi.com; we delete within 30 days.
Does it connect to my watch?
No. You enter results from your results page, or import Ironman and Ironman 70.3 results and review them before saving.
How do I cancel?
Manage subscription in your Account menu. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
